BUG: "Cool Blue" theme - sub navbar links not visible in responsive

When using the "Cool Blue" theme in a responsive view, the sub nav bar links are white text on white background.
This makes the style practically unusable in responsive view. It requires a stylevar change but customers cannot edit stylevars in themes.

This bug, I am pleased to report, has been fixed and will be in the final 5.1.2 release.
I thought I'd point it out for those who think there's no point in this little exercise of mine.
Here was a real bug, discovered in the alpha, that is fixed for the final release.
