Include matching coloured vBulletin logos with each theme

This isn't a bug really, it's an improvement request.

Currently the new themes all ship with the default blue vBulletin logo.

Although I accept most people do change the logo anyway, my view is that it looks much better to a new forum owner if the themes are presented with matching logos.
