What is not "out of the box" on this site?

I have deliberately tried to keep this site as default as possible, because i want it to be a demo, rather than a live site.

That said, there's no harm in showing off a couple of basic, easy to add customisations, so for the sake of clarity I'll list what I did here.

I'm writing tutorials up for all of them, those that are already done I will link to here. Others will be written in the coming days.

Tutorials already written:
Tidy up the Who's Online page
Add forum names into Today's Posts
Add a signature divider

Add a Latest Posts page
Add a full Activity Stream to the sub-navbar

I tried to use this code to fix the Who's Online on my site, but it still looks the same. Am I entering this wrong?
